The extension provides additional parts cover only. All claims must continue to meet the requirements in the applicable iStore warranty documents.

Eligible installation period
The promotion applies to eligible iStore inverters installed from 1 August 2023 through 1 July 2025.
No registration required
Eligible inverter owners were not required to complete a separate registration for the promotional extension.
Proof of purchase is required
A warranty claim must include proof of purchase confirming that installation occurred within the valid promotion period.
Standard claim requirements apply
All claims must continue to meet the requirements set out in the relevant warranty documents.
The system must be online
The inverter system must be online when a claim is made during the promotional extension period.
Parts cover only
The promotional extension covers eligible replacement parts. Labour and freight costs are excluded during the extension.
Monitoring services are excluded
Free monitoring services are not included during the promotional warranty extension period.
