Promotional extended parts warranty for all inverters purchased up to 1/1/2025
All iStore inverters installed from 1/8/2023 until the 1/1/2025 are eligible for a promotional extended parts warranty of 2 years. A purchased warranty extends the ‘parts only’ warranty period for an additional 3 years. Therefore where an extended warranty has been purchased the total parts only portion of the warranty will be a total of 5 years (including the free promotional 2 years) in addition to the standard 10 year all inclusive warranty period.
Cost of extended warranty is $500 exclusive of GST.
Only official distributors can purchase the extended warranty. Upon installation the retailer is required to lodge the electrical safety certificate and serial number so the extended warranty can be activated.
An extended warranty must be activated withing 90 days of installation.
A proof of purchase illustrating installation is within the valid warranty extension period is required to make a warranty claim.
Claims must still meet the requisites set forth in the warranty documents.
The system must be online to make a claim within the extension period.
During the warranty extension only parts will be covered, any labour and freight will be excluded during the promotional warranty period.
Free monitoring services are not included in the promotional warranty period.
